Postage costs are based on the weight of the items you have ordered we are not here to make money out of the postage costs, you only get charged the cost of posting plus packaging costs.
We aim to get orders fulfilled within 4 working days (normally quicker) from payment received, but especially during the summer months when we go to a lot chilli festivals all over the country it can take longer, so please be patient and if it is urgent then let us know and we'll do what we can to get it to you in time.
We send orders through Royal Mail and automatically add recorded 2nd class postage to your order, this can be changed to basic 2nd class, basic 1st class or recorded 1st class once at the checkout. Although it's rare things do go astray from time to time which is why we recommend recorded delivery, I'm afraid this is the only way you are covered if things do go missing. So if you change it to basic 1st/2nd class we are not resposible for items that go missing. Also please check with your local Royal Mail depot to see if your order has gone there, sometimes not everyone gets a card through the door.
Your order will be sent through the UK Postal Service if the weight is under 2kg. If over 2kg it will be sent through a courier like DHL/Fed-Ex.
We highly recommend you pay for International Signed for or Airsure as these are the only ones which will cover you for missing items.
If your country isn't on our system give us an email and we'll work out the postage for what you want.
Due to ongoing problems with the Italian postal system we will only accept orders with International Signed For paid for. Your money will be returned if you pay only for the basic postage. Orders can take 6 weeks to arrive, so please be patient, this is out of our hands as it leaves the UK within 2 days.

When you place your order, your information will be stored on our database, so we can fulfill the order. From time to time we might email with special offers and upcoming events. If you don't want to recieve this information thats fine just send us an email and we'll take you off our mailing list.
We will NEVER pass your details onto anyone else.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep our stock levels up to date as much as possible but there maybe a time from when you order to when we fulfill it that it becomes out of stock. If this happens we will email you to ask if you want a refund or if you want to wait for the item to come back in stock (if that will be soon).
