Guizhou Longhorn 50g
£2.50
[Back to Guizhou Longhorn] |
Product Description The Guizhou Longhorn is grown in one of the poorest parts of China in Guizhou. It is the longest chilli I have come across apart from the NuMex Big Jim. It is grown in small quantities by subsistence farmers and comes wrapped in bundles of 250g of which the photo is a 50g part. It is sweetish with a mild heat and a great flavour. One of the most unusual chillis I've ever seen its fast turning into a favourite in stir frys and Sichuan dishes. We also have it in long strips, a form I have never seen before that works really well in stir fries and Sichuan cabbage with our very wonderful Sichuan pepper. Send to a friend |
