Well what can I say about this pachadis.. AMAZING ... Does that cover it? Probably not really!

Made with 20% Garlic thats quite a strong flavour but there is also coconut, spices and oil that make it go with anything.. I use it a lot for fried rice, as a pesto for pasta, fry it up with prawns or chicken or even make garlic bread with it.

Very mild chilli heat.
