This was one of our first chilli sauces that we made, way back in 2000, even before Chilli Pepper Pete was born! Making it again for Hop Burns & Black in London, it's such a hit over there I had to offer it to all you chilliheads out there. The good folk of Yemen say that to eat it everyday keeps away the aches and pains and strengthens the heart. I agree wholeheartedly!
