This is another product we have made for many years and is perfect in its simplicity - just chillies with a little vinegar - except there's science behind the chilli art!  The theory being that each chilli: chinense, pubescens, annuum, frutescens and baccatuum burn the mouth in different ways through different receptors.  In other words, this should give an all round burn like no other.
