Info: As the name suggests, this chilli is alegedly hot enough to flavour 7 pots of stew plus blow your mind! This chilli is distinguished by its tail, which according to Pete, comes from a regressive gene which affects how the chilli loses its flower when the fruit is growing. I don't know, I'm jus' sayin'. Anyway, the heat is as mean as its tail looks but it's got a wonderful fruity flavour which makes it a favourite with sauce makers, although it is difficult to acquire fresh in large enough quantities.
